The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range boosts line efficiency with (3) 12-inch even heat hot tops and a convection oven, all in a 36-inch natural gas footprint delivering 112,000 BTU (NG). Even heat hot tops support consistent cooking coverage across the cooking surface, while the oven includes (3) racks to organize multiple items at once. A 7-inch backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box construction support a clean, durable presentation by Garland.
Built for performance, this unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs for on-site leveling, alignment, and placement. Electrical requirements are 120V/60/1-ph at 0.6A with a NEMA 5-15P cord & plug connection for power. It is CSA Flame and CSA Star certified and NSF listed.
