The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C36-8S from Garland, is a 36-inch gas unit with (3) 12-inch even heat hot tops installed. These even heat hot tops deliver uniform coverage across each section, helping maintain consistent results on the cooking surface. Total input is 75,000 BTU distributed across the three tops.
Its configuration includes an open cabinet base, a 7-inch backguard, a stainless steel front and sides, and a stainless steel plate rail and burner box for a cohesive, professional line-up. The unit stands on 6-inch adjustable legs to accommodate site leveling and preferred working height adjustments. It is CSA Flame and CSA Star certified and NSF listed to meet recognized operational and sanitation expectations in regulated environments.
