The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty gas range, model C36-ABC, streamlines line-cook workflow with a 36-inch charbroiler paired with an underfired broiler that uses briquettes. Adjustable top grates help tailor cooking positions for different products, while the convection oven includes three racks to stage multiple items at once. With 172,000 BTU (NG), this station consolidates charbroiling, broiling, and convection cooking in one footprint for high-volume service.
Built for the rigors of the line, it features a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box, plus 6-inch adjustable legs for quick leveling. A 1/3 HP, 120V/60/1-ph connection drawing 0.6 amps uses a NEMA 5-15P plug for straightforward electrical setup. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings align with specification requirements for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
