This 36-inch gas charbroiler pairs an underfired broiler above a convection oven, bringing searing, broiling, and baking into one cohesive footprint. Cast iron radiants and adjustable top grates define the charbroiler platform, while the oven includes (3) racks to stage multiple pans and menu items.
It includes a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail & burner box, along with 6-inch adjustable legs. Performance details span 145,000 BTU (NG), 1/3 HP, and a 120V/60/1-ph, 0.6-amp electrical connection terminated with a NEMA 5-15P. CSA Flame and CSA Star compliant and NSF listed, this specification-forward range aligns with the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
