Cast iron radiants deliver consistent heat beneath the cooking surface, and adjustable top grates allow precise control across the charbroiler. With a total 148,000 BTU (NG) rating, it provides the heat capacity needed for high-heat tasks across the line.
As part of the Cuisine Series Heavy Duty line, this range features a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box for a clean, professional presentation.
