Built for demanding service in professional kitchens, the Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty range, model C36-ARS, combines a 36-inch gas charbroiler and an underfired broiler within one unit for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Delivering 108,000 BTU, it supplies the heat necessary for searing and finishing with reliable performance during service. The design also incorporates an open cabinet base beneath the cooking surface.
Key components include cast iron radiants and adjustable top grates, paired with a stainless steel stub-back, stainless front, stainless sides, and a stainless front rail and burner box. It stands on 6-inch adjustable legs. The C36-ARS from Garland is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listed.
