The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range combines a gas charbroiler, underfired broiler, and a convection oven in a 36-inch footprint to streamline line operations. Cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly provide direct, even heat across the cooking surface. It features a 145,000 BTU (NG) rating and an electrical package of 1/3 HP, 120V/60/1-ph, 0.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P for straightforward installation.
It features a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box to simplify cleaning and present a cohesive, professional line appearance. The convection oven includes three racks for flexible loading, and 6-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit to match adjoining equipment. Certified to CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards, this Garland solution fits the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on performance and workflow.
