Cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly create a durable grilling platform across the surface. With a total output of 148,000 BTU (NG), this unit keeps pace with busy service.
A standard oven with an included rack expands capability without adding separate equipment moves, helping streamline workflow. The stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box are built for daily line use and support a professional presentation. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify installation and leveling, and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF compliance aligns with safety and sanitation requirements.
