The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range combines a 36-inch gas charbroiler with an underfired broiler to centralize grilling and finishing on the cookline within a single station. Cast iron radiants and a fixed cast iron grid assembly create a solid cooking surface matched to charbroiling and broiling requirements. A stainless steel stub-back, along with stainless steel front, sides, front rail, and burner box, contributes a cohesive, professional appearance in kitchen environments.
An open cabinet base provides an open cavity below the cooking surface, and 6-inch adjustable legs aid placement in a variety of setups. Total output is 108,000 BTU, aligning the unit with high-capacity kitchen operations. For compliance and specification needs, it carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings.
