Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C48-1-1C, equips busy kitchens with a 48" gas platform that pairs a 48" griddle and a convection oven. The griddle’s 1" thick steel plate and thermostatic controls provide responsive temperature management across the cooking surface. A 7" backguard plus stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box support a clean, professional presentation on the line.
Designed for efficient service, the convection oven includes 3 racks, and an open storage base is on the right only. Six-inch adjustable legs help with leveling, and total output is 157,000 BTU (NG). The unit uses a 120V/60/1-ph, 0.6A connection with a NEMA 5-15P cord and plug, and carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certifications.
