Product Description
The Garland Cuisine Series heavy duty range, model C48-1C, is a 48" gas configuration built around a full-width 48" griddle cooktop by Garland. Its 1" thick steel plate construction and Hi-Lo valve controls support griddle operation across the surface. A 7" backguard and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box define the unit’s exterior construction and finish.
Below, one convection oven with three racks pairs with an open storage base located on the right-hand side only. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs and connects via a 120V/60/1-ph, 0.6A power supply with a NEMA 5-15P cord and plug included. Overall performance is rated at 160,000 BTU (NG), and the unit carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings.
