The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range unites a gas charbroiler with an underfired broiler in a 48-inch platform to support coordinated grilling and broiling on the line. Cast iron radiants pair with a fixed cast iron grid assembly to maintain a steady cooking surface from sear to finish. Features include an open cabinet base plus a stainless steel stub-back, front, sides, front rail, and burner box for a cohesive footprint.
Built for demanding service, this model delivers 144,000 BTU for strong, responsive heat across both cooking zones during peak periods. 6-inch adjustable legs support proper leveling and stable placement during installation or line changes. It carries CSA Flame and CSA Star gas certifications and is NSF listed.
