The Garland CG-36R countertop gas griddle fuels high‑volume production with a 36" W x 24" D cooking surface and a 1" thick polished steel plate. Electronic thermostatic controls let you set and hold precise temperatures for everything from pancakes and eggs to smash burgers and seared vegetables. With 90,000 BTU, it delivers strong heat recovery between orders to keep tickets moving.
Start service fast with electronic ignition, then keep stations clear with a rear drain that speeds grease removal. Stainless steel side and rear splash plus a stainless exterior help contain mess and simplify wipe‑downs during rushes.
