The Garland ED-15G electric countertop griddle delivers compact power for busy lines. With a 15" footprint and a 14-5/8" W x 18" D smooth plate, it stages breakfast staples, burgers, and vegetables without monopolizing space. A thermostatic control lets operators dial in and maintain target temperatures throughout service.
Place it on the cookline, at a made-to-order station, or in a satellite kitchen to streamline ticket flow. The removable grease drawer enables quick skimming between orders, reducing mess and supporting faster turnarounds. The smooth plate suits searing, toasting buns, and finishing proteins for clean presentation.
Stainless steel front and sides handle daily wear and wipe down quickly. Supported by 4" legs and powered by 3.4 kW electric heat, the unit fits standard counters and integrates easily into existing prep or plating zones.
