Built for high-volume roasting and finishing, the Garland G2121 gas deck oven helps chefs and operators move product efficiently through demanding service. Its 12-gauge steel hearth deck and 40,000 BTU input deliver the power and stability needed for consistent results across busy prep cycles.
Dial in precise temperatures from 150–500°F with heavy-duty snap/throttle thermostats, then load pans smoothly through a balanced, full-width door that sits level with the deck. A removable intermediate shelf gives you flexible staging to manage peak production and varied menus.
The G2121 streamlines installation and daily use with an included canopy draft diverter, stainless steel front and sides, and 31" high stainless steel legs for comfortable working height and easy cleaning access. Ideal for batch roasting proteins, finishing casseroles, and prepping large trays for banquets or commissary workflows.
