Chefs can sear, sauté, and finish on the burners while handling smash burgers, eggs, or tortillas on the griddle to speed tickets and balance the rail. Gas power and a total of 84,000 BTU deliver responsive heat for peak service.
Use it as a dedicated sauté station, a breakfast workhorse, or a flexible add-on to expand a cookline without sacrificing space. The stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail streamline cleanup and plating, while the low profile back guard helps protect adjacent surfaces and maintains a clean presentation.
