Product Description
The Signature G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range by Garland is a gas-fired, 24-inch restaurant range unit built for restaurant operations. It combines four 33,000 BTU open burners on the cooktop with cast iron top and ring grates on the working surface area. This configuration delivers a total of 164,000 BTU across the range.
Its space saver oven includes three-position rack guides and one oven rack inside the oven cavity. Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail are matched with a two-piece back guard and shelf, forming a cohesive exterior assembly for the range and oven. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet complete the equipment, and model G24-4L-SIGNATURE is listed by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certifications.
