Work confidently across durable cast iron top and ring grates, then stage plates on the stainless steel plate rail to keep the pass organized. The oven’s three-position rack guides support sheet pan roasting, holding, and reheating during service. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward on uneven floors.
Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily wear, and the 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps tools and pans within reach.
