Power your line with the Garland G36-4G12R, a 36-inch gas G Starfire Pro Series restaurant range combining four 33,000 BTU open burners, a 12-inch griddle, and a standard oven. Streamline production by searing, sautéing, and reducing on the burners while the griddle handles burgers or breakfast items.
Put the standard oven to work for roasting vegetables, finishing steaks, or baking sides, and use the included rack with three-position guides to stage pans efficiently. The 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps tools and spices within reach to speed plating and prep.
Built for daily service, it features cast iron top and ring grates, a 5/8-inch smooth steel griddle plate, and a stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail. Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs help level the unit for stable operation.
