The Signature G Starfire Pro Series gas restaurant range by Garland delivers versatile performance in a 36" footprint. Six 33,000 BTU open burners provide a combined 236,000 BTU, and cast iron top and ring grates keep cookware securely positioned. This arrangement supports multi-pan production and smooth line workflow during peak periods. Open-burner design provides direct flame access across the cooktop.
A standard oven includes one rack with three-position rack guides for fast adjustments to pan height. Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail create a unified presentation, while a two-piece back guard with shelf adds organized staging above the range. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet enable precise leveling, and the unit carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF listings.
