Line cooks can sear burgers, caramelize onions, and stage pancakes on the expansive plate while roasts or baked sides finish in the oven. The stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail simplify wipe-downs and stand up to daily service. Adjustable 6" legs help align the unit with your line and make cleaning beneath easier.
Operators will appreciate the 92,000 BTU performance that keeps tickets moving during peak periods. The two-piece back guard with shelf provides handy landing space for pans and seasonings, improving workflow. An included oven rack with three-position guides lets you adapt to changing menus and batch sizes.
