The Garland G48-2G36LL Starfire Pro Series gas restaurant range streamlines high-volume cooking on a compact 48" footprint. It combines (2) powerful 33,000 BTU open burners, a 36" griddle with a 5/8" smooth steel plate, and (2) space saver ovens to keep tickets moving during peak service.
Sear in pans, sauté, or hold sauces on the open burners while the griddle turns out breakfast items, burgers, or quesadillas with even, responsive heat. Bake, roast, or finish in the ovens; 3-position rack guides and one rack per oven support flexible pan placement.
Built for the line, this unit features cast iron top and ring grates and stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail for rugged durability. A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps tools within reach, and 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling and cleaning access.
