Engineered for busy kitchens, the Garland G48-2G36RS G Starfire Pro Series restaurant range blends high-output burners, expansive griddle space, and a dependable oven to streamline the line. Sear and sauté on two 33,000 BTU open burners while the 36-inch, 5/8-inch smooth steel griddle handles smash burgers, pancakes, or fried rice.
Use the standard oven with three-position rack guides to finish proteins, retherm sides, or bake casseroles; one oven rack is included. Stage pans and utensils in the integrated storage base, and keep garnishes or smallwares within reach on the plate rail and two-piece back guard shelf.
This range stands up to daily service with stainless steel front and sides, cast iron top and ring grates, and 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. A total 158,000 BTU output supports fast recovery to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
