The Garland G48-4G24SS G Starfire Pro restaurant range blends high-output burners with a versatile griddle to keep busy lines moving. Four 33,000 BTU open burners deliver rapid heat for searing, boiling, and pan work, while the 24" griddle features a 5/8" smooth steel plate for even, consistent results. Cast iron top & ring grates support heavy cookware and stand up to daily use.
Stage breakfast, lunch, and dinner efficiently—sear proteins, reduce sauces, and blanch on the burners as the griddle turns out eggs, smash burgers, or tortillas. A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail, plus a 2-piece back guard & shelf, provide a durable, easy-to-clean workspace. The 48" width fits standard cooklines without sacrificing capacity.
Dual storage bases keep pans, utensils, and smallwares within arm’s reach to streamline workflow and reduce steps during service.
