Fire up six 33,000 BTU open burners for rapid boils, hard sears, and steady simmers while the 12-inch griddle handles smash burgers, tortillas, or toasted buns on a 5/8-inch smooth steel plate.
Leverage (2) space saver ovens to bake, roast, or finish while the top stays in production. Three-position rack guides and one rack per oven help stage pans efficiently across courses and dayparts. Cast iron top and ring grates support heavy stock pots and distribute heat reliably service after service.
A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail streamline cleanup, while the 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps tools within reach.
