Three-position rack guides let you adapt quickly to changing menus and ticket volumes.
Streamline prep and plating with a stainless front, sides, and plate rail that wipe clean between turns. A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps pans and tools within reach, and 6" stainless legs with adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors.
