The 5/8-inch smooth steel griddle plate supports high-volume searing, browning, and breakfast production. While the griddle drives the rush, the oven’s 3-position rack guides and included rack let you bake, finish, or hold components without leaving the line.
A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail withstand demanding service, and the two-piece back guard with shelf adds staging space for smallwares. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet help level the unit for a stable setup. Delivering 110,000 BTU, this range fits restaurants, cafeterias, and production kitchens aiming to maximize output in limited linear footage.
