Streamline workflow by staging pans, smallwares, and backup ingredients in the two storage bases directly beneath the griddle. The stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail simplify quick wipe-downs and keep the station looking sharp on open lines.
A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps utensils and seasonings within easy reach while helping contain splatter. Six-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet allow precise leveling on uneven floors, and this unit carries CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF listings.
