The Garland G56PT/B air-deck pizza oven equips high-volume kitchens with dependable, gas-fired throughput. Its double-deck format helps teams stage orders and keep service moving during rushes. A 160,000 BTU input provides the firepower operators expect for pizza, flatbreads, and similar baked items.
Each deck features a 56" W x 36" D x 7" H baking surface with stainless steel perforated decks, giving you ample room to load full-size pies or build mixed batches. The air-deck design pairs a top and a bottom mounted power module to maintain the baking environment across both levels. Use one deck for finishing and the other for bake-offs to streamline workflow on the line.
A snap-action thermostat tops out at 550°F for precise, repeatable control from open to close. The oven’s stainless steel front, top, sides, back, and legs support tough, daily use and quick wipe-downs between turns. UL and NSF listings align with professional kitchen requirements.
