Durable cast iron top and ring grates handle heavy stock pots and constant pan changes without losing stability. A 2-piece back guard with shelf keeps frequently used pans, spices, and utensils within easy reach to streamline the line.
Dual storage bases organize sheet pans, sauté pans, and tools right under the cooktop for faster turns. Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail present a clean, professional look and simplify wipe-downs, while 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs level the unit on uneven floors.
