This 60-inch gas platform combines (2) 33,000 BTU open burners, a 48" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate, and (2) standard ovens to consolidate multiple cooking methods in one footprint. Streamline workflows for busy kitchens that need to pan-sear, griddle, and bake without breaking the line.
Manage breakfast rushes, lunch grills, and banquet prep efficiently—sear in pans over the open burners while the expansive griddle handles eggs, burgers, or fajitas, and the ovens finish trays and roasts. Cast iron top and ring grates support heavy cookware, while 3-position rack guides offer flexible oven loading. The thick griddle plate is built for sustained, high-volume griddling.
Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail simplify cleanup and present a professional line-up.
