Sauté, boil, or simmer on the open burners while the griddle sears breakfast favorites, burgers, or quesadillas with reliable coverage. Bake or roast in the twin ovens, and position pans where you need them with three rack guide positions. Shift between menu dayparts without reconfiguring your line.
Cast iron top and ring grates support heavy cookware and help distribute heat.
