The Garland GD-15GFF countertop gas griddle is built for tight stations. The 15" W x 18" D plate and 20,000 BTU output accommodate small-batch searing and all-day finishing without sacrificing line space. A 1/2" thick polished steel surface suits breakfast, lunch, and à la carte prep.
Streamline workflow with a simple high/low valve for quick adjustments, while piezo spark ignition starts service without external power. Welded 2-5/8" splash guards on the sides and rear help contain splatter and protect nearby equipment. An internal grease drawer with a magnetic door consolidates drippings for fast cleanup.
Set and level with 4" adjustable legs to match surrounding equipment. Flame failure protection enhances safety during peak rush. Deploy this compact designer series griddle as an egg station, a burger-and-bun toasting zone, or a finishing surface on the pantry line.
