The 1/2" thick polished steel plate stores heat for steady searing and quick recovery, while high/low valve controls let chefs dial in the right temperature for everything from eggs to smash burgers. Piezo spark ignition delivers fast, reliable starts for streamlined workflow.
Welded 2-5/8" side and rear splash guards contain mess and protect neighboring stations, and an internal grease drawer with magnetic door accelerates clean-up between batches. Stainless steel front and sides and 4" adjustable legs support a durable, level setup on busy cooklines.
