The Garland GD-30RBFF Designer Series countertop gas charbroiler delivers 75,000 BTU in a compact 30-inch width for high-heat grilling on crowded cooklines. Cast iron radiants focus heat for searing steaks, burgers, skewers, and vegetables. Use it to accelerate à la carte tickets or pre-fire proteins for service.
Piezo spark ignition gets you cooking fast, while a high/low valve control lets staff adjust output as volumes change. Flame failure protection supports safe operation throughout long shifts. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use and wipe down easily.
An internal grease drawer with a magnetic door speeds end-of-shift cleanup and helps keep the station organized. Four-inch adjustable legs level the unit and provide clearance for sanitation. The GD-30RBFF helps you optimize throughput without giving up valuable counter space.
