The Garland GD-36G Designer Series countertop gas griddle streamlines high‑volume cooking on a 36" W x 18" D surface with 60,000 BTU of input. A 1/2" thick polished steel plate provides the thermal mass needed for continuous searing and sautéing. Welded 2-5/8" side and rear splash guards help contain grease and protect adjacent equipment.
Chefs can sear proteins, toast buns, and finish vegetables using high/low valve controls and dependable piezo spark ignition. An internal grease drawer with a magnetic door speeds end-of-shift cleanup and keeps the line organized. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use while maintaining a professional look.
4" adjustable legs let you level the unit across varied counters and align with existing equipment. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and concession stands where space is tight, the GD-36G helps maximize production without crowding the line.
