The Garland GD-36GFF is a 36-inch countertop gas griddle built to keep pace on a busy line. A 1/2" thick polished steel plate and 60,000 BTU of power deliver fast recovery and even heat across a 36" W x 18" D cooking surface. Sear burgers, crisp hash browns, or finish steaks with consistent results service after service.
Streamline workflow with a single high/low valve that makes adjustments intuitive across the plate. Piezo spark ignition provides reliable, match-free starts, while flame failure protection helps safeguard staff and uptime. Welded 2-5/8" side and rear splash guards and an internal grease drawer with magnetic door contain mess to speed cleanup.
Engineered for daily durability, the stainless steel front and sides stand up to heavy use and wipe down quickly. 4" adjustable legs let you level the unit on crowded counters or tables to integrate smoothly under your hood. CE, CSA, and NSF certifications support compliance across a range of commercial kitchens.
