The Garland GF36-2G24R restaurant range from the GF Starfire Pro Series unites two 26,000 BTU open burners, a 24" griddle, and a standard oven in a 36" footprint. With a total input of 126,000 BTU, it delivers steady heat to help chefs execute high-volume service. Sear, sauté, and finish plates without breaking the cooking rhythm.
Stage sauces on the burners while cooking breakfast items or smash burgers on the 5/8" smooth steel griddle plate. Slide sheet pans into the oven with the included rack and three-position guides to roast, bake, or hold. This balanced layout supports efficient ticket flow on compact lines.
Built for daily duty, it features cast iron top and ring grates, a stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail, plus a 10" low-profile back guard. Flame failure protection and broad certifications support safety and compliance. Adjustable 6" stainless legs simplify cleaning and leveling under the range.
