The Garland GF48-8LL Starfire Pro restaurant range drives high-volume service with eight 26,000 BTU open burners and two space-saver ovens. Chefs can sear, sauté, boil, and bake at once to shorten cook times and keep the line moving.
Durable cast iron top and ring grates support heavy stock pots, while flame failure protection enhances safety during peak rushes. A stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low-profile back guard streamline cleanup and present a polished cookline.
Three-position rack guides with one rack per oven let you stage roasting, finishing, or batch baking without giving up cooktop capacity. Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs help level the unit for consistent, efficient workflow.
