It pairs two 26,000 BTU open burners with a 12-inch griddle, plus a space saver oven to consolidate multiple cooking tasks in one footprint. Sear and sauté on robust open burners while you grill pancakes, burgers, or tortillas on the 5/8-inch smooth steel plate. Electric pilot ignition and snap action controls provide responsive, consistent heat management across the top and oven.
Durable stainless steel sides, front, plate rail, and a 10-inch low-profile back guard stand up to daily service, while cast iron top and ring grates support heavy cookware. The oven’s modulating thermostat (175°–425°F), 3-position rack guides, and included rack give you flexibility for baking, roasting, or finishing. Adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs help you level the unit for safer, cleaner operation.
