Sear proteins, boil stocks, and finish sauces over high-output burners while the 5/8-inch smooth steel griddle handles eggs, pancakes, smashburgers, or grilled sandwiches. Use the oven to bake sides, retherm, or hold pans, leveraging the included rack and three-position guides to stage production.
A stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail simplify cleanup, and the 10-inch low-profile back guard suits island or line-up installations.
