Two 26,000 BTU open burners handle sauté pans and stockpots while a 36-inch thermostatic griddle manages burgers, pancakes, or quesadillas simultaneously. Dual space saver ovens keep entrées moving without expanding your footprint.
Drive consistency with a 5/8-inch smooth steel plate and snap-action, modulating thermostat delivering a 175°–425°F setpoint range. Electric pilot ignition simplifies lighting across the top while cast iron top and ring grates stand up to daily abuse and hold heat. Total input is 170,000 BTU to support peak periods.
Streamline cleanup and layout with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and a 10-inch low-profile back guard. Each oven includes 3-position rack guides and one rack for roasting, finishing, or holding. Stable 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet help you level the range, and compliance badges include CSA, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.
