Stage orders efficiently with two space saver ovens, each supplied with a rack and 3-position guides for flexible baking, roasting, or finishing. Use the 5/8-inch smooth steel plate and 175°–425°F control band to deliver consistent pancakes, burgers, and eggs across service periods.
Built for daily duty, cast iron top and ring grates retain heat while the stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and 10-inch low-profile back guard stand up to a busy cookline. Adjustable 6-inch stainless legs let you level the unit and align with other equipment, improving workflow on the line. A total input of 204,000 BTU keeps pace during peak hours.
