Sear, sauté, and reduce on durable cast iron top and ring grates while holding steady griddle temperatures with a snap-action, modulating thermostat from 175°F to 425°F. The 5/8"-thick, 36" x 23" plate delivers even heat, making it ideal for breakfast menus, smash burgers, and all-day finishing.
Use the dual standard ovens with 3-position rack guides to bake, roast, or retherm as tickets fly. Electric pilot ignition supports quick, reliable starts, and stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and a 10" low-profile back guard stand up to daily rigors. Adjustable 6" stainless legs simplify leveling under the hood and around existing equipment.
