The 24" x 23" smooth steel griddle features a 5/8" plate and a snap-action, modulating thermostat (175°–425°F) to dial in consistent results from breakfast to à la carte.
Two standard ovens with 3-position rack guides handle roasting, finishing, and daily baking without leaving the line. Stainless steel front, sides, and plate rail deliver a professional presentation, while the 10" low-profile back guard and 6" adjustable stainless legs support clean installs and proper leveling.
