Electric pilot ignition accelerates start-up and recovery between rushes. A stainless steel exterior and cast iron grates withstand daily heavy-duty use.
Handle diverse tickets with confidence: sear, sauté, and simmer on the open burners while the raised griddle/broiler finishes melts, burgers, and steaks. The oven’s 3-position rack guides and included rack support baking, roasting, and holding tasks throughout service. A plate rail provides a convenient staging area to streamline plating.

Adjustable 6" stainless steel legs simplify leveling on uneven floors, while a 10" low-profile back guard helps contain splatter.
