Designed to mount center-line on the GF48 range’s 47-1/4-inch backguard/flue riser, it keeps high-heat finishing exactly where chefs need it—right on the line—without disrupting workflow. Infrared burners concentrate heat for rapid caramelization, gratinéing, and cheese melts.
Dial in searing power with individual Hi-Lo valve controls for each burner to match delicate seafood, au gratin sides, or steak finishes. A removable grease pan simplifies cleanup between rushes, helping foodservice operators maintain pace and presentation.
Built with stainless steel on the front, sides, top, backsplash, and a bottom heat shield, this range-mounted finisher stands up to daily kitchen demands. Buyers and facility managers can count on certified performance for consistent results across service.
