Infrared heat and a 40,000 BTU output deliver rapid response and consistent top browning, while individual Hi-Lo controls help dial in results. Mounted to the backguard/flue riser with shelf, it frees valuable cooktop space and keeps the finishing step close to the action.
Finish steaks, brown gratins, glaze proteins, melt cheeses, or toast buns right on the line. Two 20,000 BTU infrared burners blanket the rack with even heat for uniform caramelization and appealing plate presentation during peak service. Chefs and operators can push tickets faster without sacrificing quality.
Stainless steel front, sides, top, backsplash, and bottom heat shield stand up to high-volume use and simplify cleanup.
