Product Description
The Induction Instinct Wok is a countertop unit configured with an 11.8-inch diameter ceran ceramic glass bowl top for wok cookware and a rotary control interface. Twelve power level settings are selectable from the dial, giving kitchens defined steps for heat selection during wok-focused production and station work. Stainless steel construction supports a consistent, commercial appearance alongside existing commercial equipment.
Routine cleaning is addressed with a removable grease filter that can be taken out for service between shifts as needed. Compliance markings include ETL, cETLus, CE, and FCC, aligning the unit with widely recognized standards. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can reference the rotary control and its 12 defined power level settings when outlining procedures for operation and training.
