The Signature G-Series Salamander Broiler by Garland delivers focused, controllable heat for high-demand kitchens. This gas, range-mount unit for the G36 Range spans 35-7/16 inches wide and pairs two 20,000 BTU infrared burners for a total of 40,000 BTU. Independent Hi-Lo valve controls on each burner help chefs dial in the ideal intensity for consistent results and smooth service.
A three-position, spring balanced rack assembly enables flexible positioning without slowing the line. Cleanup is simplified by a removable grease pan, while a stainless steel top, front, and sides, plus a stainless backsplash and bottom heat shield, help maintain a clean, professional workspace. Verified to meet CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF standards, the GIR36-SIGNATURE gives operators and facility managers confidence in performance, safety, and sanitation.
